Joan is a PhD student in Biomedicine at the University of Barcelona and a Fulbright visiting graduate student in the O’Brien Lab. His research focuses on the structure, dynamics, and signaling of GPCRs, particularly olfactory receptors, using computational and experimental approaches.

Fun fact: Joan enjoys writing and reading poetry.
